We offer a wide range of dance shoes for various styles, including Standard, Latin, Salsa, Tango, Hip Hop, and more. Our collection includes both high heels and lower-heeled dance shoes, designed specifically for comfort and style on the dance floor.

2. How do I find the right shoe size?

Our dance shoes are available in standard sizes. To find the best fit, we recommend consulting our size chart. If you are between two sizes, we advise choosing the smaller size, as dance shoes can stretch with use.

3. How do I properly care for my dance shoes?

Dance shoes should always be stored in a dry place and cleaned after wearing. For suede shoes, use a special brush to remove dirt. Leather and satin shoes should be cleaned with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing the shoes to direct sunlight or moisture.

4. What type of heels are suitable for me?

It depends on your dance style and experience. For beginners, we recommend lower heels for more stability. Advanced dancers often prefer higher heels for a more elegant silhouette.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please contact our customer service at baileshop@outlook.com as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.

6. How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?

Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days within Germany. In Europe, shipping can take 4-7 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order value. We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €120, and within Europe for orders over €150.

7. What do I do if the shoes don’t fit or arrive damaged?

If the shoes don’t fit or arrive damaged, we offer a free exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. Contact us to start the return process.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as a payment method. Orders placed via WhatsApp Business can also be paid by bank transfer.

9. Do you have a physical store, or do you only sell online?

We currently sell exclusively online. However, rest assured that our customer service team is happy to assist you with any questions regarding shoe selection and fit.
